PHASE V3 · FINAL DESIGN DECISION SHEET

Seven concepts. One decision.

The approval package for turning Be rAIdy's presentation into a boutique portfolio: three featured concepts on the homepage, one distinctive concept hero on each of the seven trade pages. Everything below is preview-only — production is untouched, nothing deploys without your explicit approval.

1 · The seven website concepts

Every concept is a fictional demonstration business with a distinct layout and conversion journey — verified structurally different, not recolored.

2 · Proposed homepage showcase

The homepage shows three large featured concepts — Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing — as a portfolio section: real screenshots of the working prototypes in subtle browser frames with a small phone overlay, alternating rows, each with trade name, conversion strategy, a "Fictional website concept" label and an explore link. A compact strip navigates all seven trade categories plus the trades hub.

Untouched approved content around it: the hero reel and tagline, the four "what we run" cards (trimmed copy, same offer), the how-it-works strip, the price band with loyalty ladder, three FAQs and the closing "Request a free 15-minute call" journey.

Image weight: the whole showcase loads ~281 KB of WebP (three desktop + three mobile hero captures, responsive srcset) — no iframes, demos open on their own routes.

3 · Seven trade-page hero integrations

Every trade page eventually features its own concept in a large hero preview: approved brownstone/cream identity on the left (headline, concise copy, Request a call), a real concept screenshot in a browser frame with a phone overlay and a "Concept · not a client" badge on the right, plus a link to the interactive demo. Each prototype weighs 65–112 KB of imagery.

4 · Confirmation checks

No fictional statistics or response guarantees as real results

All figures are labeled illustrative — the water concept's first-hour card carries 'illustrative sequence / no real response data', prices, specs and fleet counts are marked. There are no review, testimonial or performance-claim sections in any concept.

All demo businesses clearly fictional

Every concept footer reads 'fictional demonstration concept by BerAIdy'; the homepage showcases carry 'Fictional website concept' and every trade-hero mockup a 'Concept · not a client' badge.

Demo forms and phone links cannot send real leads to fictional businesses

Grep-verified: zero <form> elements and zero fetch/API calls in any concept page. The only phone links dial Be rAIdy's own line — a call reaches Be rAIdy, never a fictional business. (Publishing note below.)

Image licensing documented

All screenshots are captured from our own prototypes (we own them). Concept photography is Unsplash-licensed (commercial use, no attribution required), each photo used exactly once across all seven concepts.

Responsive images optimized

WebP with responsive srcset: concept heroes ship 1440w+864w and 390w+240w; width/height attributes prevent layout shift; below-fold images lazy-load with decoding=async.

60-image library causes no unnecessary page weight

The library is 10.6 MB on disk, but pages only load what they reference: the homepage showcase ~281 KB, a trade-hero mockup 65–112 KB. The only heavy page is /v2/compare (~4 MB, review-only, never linked from production).

Existing SEO routes and content remain protected

The sitemap has zero concept/preview URLs, verify_seo's ROUTES list is untouched (33 production URLs), and all production pages, forms, GTM, consent and databases are unchanged — regression-tested in iterations 29–30.

5 · Remaining visual & usability concerns

  1. 01Concept pages render beneath the global BerAIdy nav so they feel part of the site; before public publishing, decide whether demos should hide the site chrome so the concept nav reads as the real one.
  2. 02Demo phone CTAs dial Be rAIdy's own number — right for lead capture, but a public demo visitor may not expect it. Options: a small 'demo — calls route to Be rAIdy' note near CTAs, or phone links removed from published demos.
  3. 03The V2 trade previews trim FAQs to three and consolidate the Ads/GBP copy (~200–300 words shorter); production adoption must keep the full FAQ sets and re-pass verify_seo's 300-word gate per page.
  4. 04Concept photos are hotlinked from Unsplash; production integration should self-host the final photo set for performance and long-term reliability.
  5. 05Water-damage and garage-door concepts use heavier type stacks (Archivo, Space Grotesk, Nunito Sans) — a one-time ~40–60 KB font cost per concept, acceptable but worth lazy-loading fonts on production integration.

6 · Public demo route publishing requirements

Before any /design/* demo is linked publicly (V4 Step 1):

  • Decide chrome treatment: site nav + concept nav, or concept-only full-bleed demos.
  • Decide demo call handling (note near CTAs vs. phone links removed).
  • Self-host the concept photography; keep 'fictional demonstration' labels and illustrative markers.
  • Keep scheduling forms disconnected, or connect them deliberately to Be rAIdy lead flows with clear demo copy.
  • Indexing policy: demos stay noindex + out of the sitemap unless you explicitly want them crawlable.
  • GTM/consent behavior on demos confirmed (current consent banner applies site-wide; concept pages fire no tracking of their own).
  • All seven demo routes smoke-tested at 1440 and 390 with zero console errors.

7 · Recommended implementation order (V4)

Gated on your design approval — nothing below starts before it.

  1. Prepare public demo routes

Apply the publishing checklist above to all seven /design/* routes and verify each at desktop + mobile sizes.

  2. Replace the seven repetitive /for/ concept experiences

Retire the old template routes in favor of the seven approved concepts (old routes kept or redirected per your call).

  3. Integrate the homepage showcase

Swap the homepage's 'Built for your trade' section for the three-featured-concept portfolio, exactly as previewed at /v2/home.

  4. Add the seven trade-page hero integrations

Roll the concept hero into each trade page's TradePage template, keeping pricing, FAQs, forms and conversion flow intact (full FAQ sets restored).

  5. Full regression testing

Desktop/mobile rendering, SEO verifier + sitemap, conversion journeys, GTM/consent behavior, image performance and Core Web Vitals spot-checks.

  6. Final production approval gate

A last walkthrough with you before anything deploys.

Prepared November 5 — phases V1–V3 built and verified in preview (test iterations 24–30). Nothing deploys until you approve.
