Materials & workmanship

The shingle is the easy part.

Underlayment, flashing, ventilation and fastening decide how a roof ages. We specify architectural shingles, synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield at every edge — then install them the way the manufacturer wrote it.

Workmanship is warrantied in writing. If our install fails, we fix it — that sentence is the whole business model.

Repair, or replace?

Repair makes sense

  • — The roof is under 12 years old.
  • — Damage is isolated: one slope, one penetration.
  • — The deck underneath is sound.

Replacement makes sense

  • — Shingles curl, cup or shed granules everywhere.
  • — Leaks return in new places each season.
  • — You're staying 5+ years and pricing peace of mind.

Every estimate includes both options when both are viable — with numbers, not adjectives.

The estimate

One visit.
A written number.
No follow-up ambush.

A rooftop inspection, photos of what we found, and a fixed written price good for 30 days. Preview prototype — the estimate form is not connected in this design concept.
